Hey y'all, my name is Zeda Ray, and I am a Chronic Illness Warrior. It took me 38 years to get diagnosed with Hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos (hEDS), Mast Call Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Dysautonomia, and many more. My goal is to spread awareness about these chronic illnesses in hopes for earlier and better treatment options.
